Email notices are with cron job name now

We changed our Email notice system a bit as pur our user's request in easycron.com. Now the email notices of "cron job is executed", "cron job execution failure" and "cron job is disabled" are sent with cron job name in the email title and body. So that our users can quickly know that which cron job the notice is related to, and take further action.
